Salesforce‘s Einstein Activity Capture, a productivity-boosting tool, helps keep data between your CRM and your email and calendar applications up to date. But as with any tool, it comes with limitations: non-permanent email storage in Salesforce and email records are unavailable in standard reports.

Match My Email (MME) is a seamless, automated email integration tool that matches emails to multiple addresses within a single record, integrates with with Outlook, GSuite and all email services, and permanently stores emails in Salesforce among others.

On April 13, 2022, MME unveiled its product’s newest feature, Email Sync Assistant, which recommends leads and contacts based off of email addresses that don’t exist yet in your Salesforce org.
